Connor and I left Ashburn about 8:00 on Saturday morning.  About 9:00 he fell asleep after listening to the Nursery Rhymes CD twice.  We got home about 9:30 so that was a short nap.

He played, had a bottle and waited for Francis to come visit.  He was a bit tired but still showed her his fantastic laugh.  Then he fell asleep in her arms.   He woke up in the front room in the portacrib quite franitc.  I suppose he did not recognize where he was. When Aunt Devra came to visit he laughed and laughed.  Lunch was sweet potatoes with  a little rice cereal mixed in.  When Dev left, I bundled up Connor and myself, got Tucker on his leash, put Connor in the front pack and went off on a walk.  Tucker pulls so hard taking him for a walk is not much fun.  Back home again, Connor fell asleep but woke up in about 10 mintues a pit frantic again.  Dinner was apple/blueberry stuff with more rice cereal mixed in.  He sat in his highchair to eat and then stayed and played for about 30 minutes after dinner.

Later Grandpa and I had to test Connor and see how well he could feed himself a bottle.  He grabbed ahold of the bottle that we held out to him, turned over on his back to drink it.  But it fell out of his hands, so he turned over on his tummy, retrieved the bottled, turned to his back and drank it.  Very clever.

He took a bath in the big bathrub and had fun playing.

Notice the Calvin Klein sleeper. Nothing but the best for our grandson.

More playing and then he fell asleep in Granpa's arms.  He slept all night from 9:30 til 7:30.  When I looked in on him in the morning the blanket was covering even his head.  On Sunday he went to church with us an loved it.  He looked around, "talked", played with his binky, and entertained the boy sitting in front of us.  On the way home he fell asleep in the car.
