Connor came to visit on Dec 25 and spent the night with his parents.  He enjoyed trying to open his presents.  His "bir present" was a highchair: collpsable and with a removable tray for cleaning.  He loved being about to "sit"w ith us at the table.  Ashley, Michael, Michaels' mom, Paulette and her friend Rita joined us for dinner along with Devra, Charles, his mother and his brother,Ed for a total of 12.

Connor received this snow globe from my friend and assistant librarian, Francis Fourie.  You can see that he loved it.

Connor is able to turn over from front to back and back to front.  He can use these skills to move towards things he wants to explore.  He loves to stand and laugh.  He eats baby food fruit and cereal. He is almost always happy and loves to laugh.

If he gets up at 7:00 A.M. then he takes a morning nap at 9:00.  He is wearing mostly 12 month sizes.  He can pick things up with his fingers and puts them in his mouth but does not pickup cherrios etc. and put them in his mouth.  When tasting a new food like mashed potatoes or banana, he makes faces like it is sour or stuck in his throat.

This is his look when he is excited or maybe wondering about something he sees.
